The new video for Aussie outfit The Temper Trap provides such an incredible contrast. The track itself, already impacting on the ARIA singles chart, is warm, smooth and incredibly inviting. The clip completely challenges that by presenting a bleak, cold and totally uninviting scene of a kids boot camp in the English countryside during winter. The grey clouds gather, the heavens open, but the kids plough on, through rain, puddles and min-explosions by the side of the canal. The track warms you through - the video does not.
